Well, we pride ourselves at providing roasted to order coffee; so it doesn't feel right to sell non-roasted-to-order coffee at full price. Instead, we sell it at a discount (even though it is still fresher than any coffee you can otherwise find). No coffees here will be more than 3 months from its roast date. Enjoy!
